Current turnaround time
Our current turnaround time is displayed at the top of our website. This is the time it takes us to prepare and make your order before dispatch and does not include delivery time.
If your order contains several items, they will be dispatched together once everything is ready.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using tracked delivery services wherever possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information where applicable.
Please remember that delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order was placed.
International Delivery
We’re delighted to send Scribbles With Love orders to selected destinations outside the UK.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate and customs delays are outside of our control.
Depending on your destination and the shipping service used, import taxes, duties or handling charges may apply. Where these have not been collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient before delivery.
Christmas & Busy Periods
During Christmas and other particularly busy periods, our turnaround time may be extended. Any changes will be displayed clearly on the website.
We always recommend ordering personalised and Christmas items as early as possible. Carrier delays can occasionally happen during peak periods, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless explicitly stated.
Tracking your order
If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive the details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow the estimated delivery period to pass before contacting us about a delayed parcel.
