Order Issues & Contact Policy
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there are any problems — for example the item is damaged, the colour is incorrect, or not as described — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will then ask you to send a photo (or other proof) so we can review the issue and offer a solution (replacement, exchange, repair or refund) where appropriate.
- If we are not contacted within 48 hours, we may not be able to offer replacements, exchanges or refunds — but we will always consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please get in touch within 72 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. In the event a personalised item is misspelled by the customer, unfortunately we will be unable to provide a refund or replacement, so please ensure your spelling is correct before checkout.

For personalised items, please ensure that all details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for mistakes made in the information submitted. Once an item is personalised, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective or incorrect.
